Congressional Special Subcommittee Holds Hearings on the Computer and Invasion of Privacy

On June 2, 1965 hearings were begun by the House of Representatives Special Subcommittee on Invasion of Privacy, a subcommittee of the Committee on Government Operations. The hearings occurred on June 2, 3, 4, 23 and September 23, 1965. They were followed by a second session on May 24, 1966, on The Computer and Invasion of Privacy, which took place on July 26, 27, and 28, 1966.
