The First Internet Radio Broadcast Occurs

The first Internet radio cyberstation broadcast over the Internet at NetWorld + Interop in Las Vegas from May 3-5, 1994.
On September 19, 1994 the Internet Multicasting Company of Washington, D.C., a non-profit, announced that they would operate a 24-7 Internet radio broadacast.
